German electronic music DJ/producer and remixer, Timo Maas is the second international headliner to be announced for this years Lake Of Stars festival. The three day festivities will take place at its birthplace Chintheche Inn, Nkhatabay from September 30 to October 2. Maas will perfom along South Africas Freshly Ground in September at Chintheche Inn, Nkhatabay.
Local artists already billed to perfom are Faith Mussa, Flo Dee, Lusubilo Band, Patience Namadingo and Piksy. According to a statement released by LOS

“Now he’s back with ‘1985’, a re-edit of a classic Wings track, released with the blessing of Paul McCartney himself.”

Maas is credited for “To Get Down” track widely used in movie soundtracks such as the 2003 remake of The Italian Job, Riders in 2002, as well as other mediums such as the video game FIFA Football 2003 and “Unite” appearing in the FIFA 2004 soundtrack.
